La Dee Da Gourmet Sauces began in 2016 when Mary, Jo Anne and Marlow came together and noticed there was a gap in the market for healthy, organic, plant-based sauces. The ladies joined forces to create La Dee Da Gourmet Sauces with the vision of having ready-made sauces that were also accessible to those with dietary restrictions and health-conscious lifestyles. Their sauces are vegan, keto, gluten, dairy and nightshade free and contain fresh, local ingredients.
